This is such a great little house! Was perfect for two couples. We stayed for the weekend and enjoyed walking to get coffee, going to nearby places, and how quick of an uber it was into Nashville and broadway. Chad was such a great host, communicative, friendly, and super accommodating. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay at Chads place. Quiet location and walkable to everything downtown. The entire place was very clean and had everything needed for my stay. Highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

Chad’s place was just as pictured, aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. He responded quickly to my questions and was extremely kind. I loved the door lock with an easy to remember code. I didn’t have to worry about locking myself out.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chad's place! It was easy to find and get into, and the neighborhood felt safe for three women in their 20s. We were able to get street parking right in front of the unit or one house down during our trip. The unit was clean and the beds were very comfortable, we slept great!

Place was beautiful, clean, comfy & well decorated with all amenities! A hidden jewel away from the hustle & bustle of PCB areas. Places to eat, shop & private quieter beaches! Saw eagles, shells & sunsets at St Andrews State Park (down the road from place). I was very happy here. **Mr Chad was accommodating, very responsive & friendly!

Chad’s place was a comfortable and clean stay. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet night in Nashville. The beds were both extremely comfortable, the kitchen was spotless, and the amenities were spot on!

This duplex was well thought out and comfortable. For our small family of four we were very happy with the space. We didn't venture out much bc w had everything we needed. I would recommend ZooWorld was fun for the kids and a 7 min drive. We had one issue with hot water running out quickly, so plan your laundry and dishes accordingly. Chad was very responsive to our needs and quickly had his father inspect the problem. It didn't seem to fix it, but we just took quick showers. It was a 5 start stay, my only sore spot was the couch could use an update... had nailed boards holding it together and not one cushion was even with another making it hard to get comfortable. (o and dressers for clothing would be helpful too!) My toddlers loved the backyard and my husband enjoyed the firm mattresses.

We stayed here while attending a local convention, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The space was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. Chad was a wonderful host! He was super friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. A huge bonus was the beds and pillows… hands down some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, especially for an Airbnb. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family lives in the area, but we had an unexpected need to find a place to stay for the night FAST. Chad responded promptly to our same day request and we were under a new roof in about an hour. The home is as described. We just had to move a few items the one year old wanted to play with or climb on top of, but that was no issue. Great place!

Home is very cozy and comfortable. Chad is a great host and was very helpful, would stay here again and would recommend if you’re looking for something in a quiet area. We enjoyed ourselves very much!!
