Feel free to lean on us for any assistance you may need throughout your time with us. * Guest Verification * To abide by local legal requirements, you may be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information and sharing the purpose of your stay. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed verification steps in our guest portal. * Pets * Dogs are the only animals permitted on the property and require prior host approval. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited. If you plan to bring a dog, you must obtain approval from the host and ensure that the number of dogs listed on your reservation matches the number of dogs staying at the property. Only approved dogs are allowed on the property and must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. By bringing a dog to the property, you agree that your dog will not bark excessively when left alone, as this may disturb guests in the neighboring unit. You also accept responsibility for any damage caused by your dog, as well as any excessive pet hair requiring additional cleaning. Undisclosed, unapproved, or prohibited pets, or any discrepancy between the number of dogs present and the number listed on the reservation, will result in a $250 pet fee per pet charged after check-in and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. Pets are under no circumstances permitted on the pool deck or in the pool.
