This place was so cozy. I stayed for 4 nights and didn’t want to leave. The highlights for me were the super comfortable king size bed and the proximity to the beach. The hosts responded very quickly to my questions and even got me an earlier check in without me having to ask! My only suggestion would be to put a tv in the master bedroom. Definitely will be back!

Thank you Chad for your generosity and quick responses! Also, for allowing us to check in a few hours early was very helpful. Cute space! perfect for us two couples. Love the outdoor features. Updated kitchen and bathrooms look great!

We spent Thanksgiving at the airbnb and it truly felt like home. The place is very cozy, well-furnished and well-decorated, the hosts couldn’t be any nicer or more accommodating, and the location was very quiet and safe. We hope to come back and stay again in the future!

Very nice , very comfortable and he responds on right on time make sure you book your trip To Panama with him !! I loved the stay and I was last night to finding something and he let me book and let me pay extra for an early check in !!

Absolutely 10/10 loved the privacy! Was able to take my son on a walk around the block everyday! There is a huge park up the road as well! Centrally located to all the restaurants and shopping too!

Chad’s place exceeded our expectations! The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was very clean & comfortable for the 3 of us. Getting to downtown Nashville was very easy. Chad even gave us some recommendations on local coffee & bakery shops. Would stay here again with no hesitation!

Enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. Both bathrooms had great water pressure with large shower heads which made taking a shower amazing. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

This property is a MUST stay! The most beautiful place and the yard was heaven sent. Everything was close by as far as beaches, shops, and restaurants. The hosts went above and beyond during our stay and suggested amazing places to eat.
